With an aim to help farmers rejuvenate their soil and farming ecosystems for enhanced yields and better profitability, we implement Regenerative agriculture projects, thus helping in enhanced Biodiversity through our climate preservation solutions for textile industries.
This is a nature-based solution to improve soil fertility, sequester carbon, and enhance water retention . This innovative practice is a central component of our regenerative agriculture strategy. The key to this is burning organic waste such as crop residue, dead plants and more, in a controlled, no-oxygen environment. This sequesters carbon, while creating a highly desirable product, often called 'black gold', that can be used on agricultural land to enhance fertility.
Beetle Regen Solutions has initiated a project on Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) to help paddy/rice farmers improve water management systems across 5,000 hectares of rice fields in Andhra Pradesh.
Our High-Density Planting System (HDPS) initiative focuses on optimizing land use and boosting crop yields through strategic planting techniques. Currently, we have engaged 260 farmers in Khargone, where the implementation of HDPS is set to enhance productivity and resource efficiency. This approach not only increases crop output but also contributes to better utilization of inputs such as water, fertilizers, and labor, ultimately improving farmers' income and supporting sustainable agricultural practices.
