From carbon to community, from roots to resilience- Beetle Bulletin brings stories that power the regenerative revolution. π There's a quiet shift underway.
Across fields, supply chains, and boardrooms, regeneration is moving from being a concept we talk about to a system we must now build. Not perfectly, not all at once β but deliberately, and together.
We are operating in a moment where the stakes are clear. Soil health is declining. Climate volatility is no longer a future risk β it's a present reality. Farmers are navigating uncertainty with every season. And yet, within this complexity lies an opportunity: to redesign agriculture in a way that restores, rather than extracts.
At Beetle, we've always believed that regeneration is not just about practices β it's about mindsets, systems, and participation. It's about ensuring that the farmer is not at the receiving end of change, but at the centre of it. It's about building pathways where sustainability is not a cost, but a source of resilience and income.
Over the past few months, this belief has found both validation and momentum.
From being recognised with awards for our work in regenerative agriculture and climate action to being part of various trials on-ground and signing significant projects with our brand partners, what's becoming clear is this: regeneration cannot be scaled through intent alone. It requires partnerships, patience, and proof.
This edition of the Beetle Bulletin brings together these threads β recognition, reflection, and real progress.
The work ahead is significant. But so is the momentum. And that gives us reason to keep going.
Beetle Regen has been selected among 10 startups (from 150+ applicants) for the Agri Sandbox 2025 program by AgHub under NeGPA, a platform for validating agritech solutions in real field conditions. As part of the program, Beetle will pilot a Biochar-based Integrated Carbon Insetting Model with cotton farmers, focusing on soil health, carbon removal, and digital MRV-enabled traceability systems. This milestone strengthens Beetle's journey in building scalable, farmer-centric climate solutions that bridge innovation with measurable on-ground impact.
Beetle Regen was awarded the 'Regenerative Fibre & Agriculture Innovation Award' at the BioTex Fashion & Circularity Summit 2026 by IFBEC, recognising its work in building climate-led, regenerative supply chains. At the summit, CEO Amol Mishra also shared insights on biochar and carbon insetting systems enabling traceable, low-carbon value chains for global brands β marking a strong step toward a more regenerative future for fashion.
Beetle Regen was also honoured at the India Pride Awards β Season 5 by the Dainik Bhaskar Group for its work in regenerative agriculture and climate action. The recognition reflects Beetle's on-ground impact β building climate-resilient farming systems through regenerative practices, biochar, and traceable supply chains β alongside the collective efforts of its farmers, partners, and field teams.
As part of its ongoing collaboration with IDH under the Regenerative Production Landscape Collaborative (RPLC), Beetle Regen is working closely with implementing partners to shape a standardized, scalable regenerative cotton framework for the Madhya Pradesh region.

This effort brings together technical expertise, field insights, and landscape-level learnings to support a transition toward more resilient farming systems β strengthening soil health, reducing input dependency, and improving long-term sustainability outcomes for cotton-growing communities.
Current work includes developing structured learning modules, integrating biochar-based approaches, and establishing decentralized Bio-Resource Centres (BRCs) to improve farmer access to localized inputs and solutions. Building on RPLC's momentum across cotton landscapes, this collaboration aims to create a cohesive pathway for scaling regenerative cotton β bringing greater clarity, consistency, and long-term impact to the field.

The carbon market is entering a phase of rapid maturity β where integrity, not volume, is shaping value. Stricter standards, selective approvals, and rising scrutiny are redefining what qualifies as credible climate action. What's emerging is a clearer market signal: only high-quality, verifiable impact will command trust β and price.
What was once optional is now essential: integrity, traceability, and real impact.
As we wrap up this edition of Beetle Bulletin, we hope these stories, insights, and updates have given you a deeper glimpse into the impact we are creating together. Every step we takeβwhether on the field, in research, or through innovationβbrings us closer to a regenerative future.
Stay tuned for the next edition, and as always, we'd love to hear your thoughts, ideas, and contributions!
